Search Code Snippets in VS Code
Searching for code snippets in VS Code is easy. Open the Codiga Coding Assistant within VS Code by pressing
CMD + SHIFT + C (⌘⇧C) on Mac or &

Search Code Snippets in JetBrains/IntelliJ
Our JetBrains plugin works for all JetBrains product: PyCharm, IntelliJ, CLion, DataGrip, etc. It includes a code snippets tool window and a seach box to find a code snippet. Simply open the tool window or press
CMD + ALT + C (⌘⌥C) on Mac or &

Search Code Snippets in Chrome
Our chrome integration works on all developer websites. Click on the Codiga logo to open a window and search for code snippets, as shown in the video below.
Codiga Code Snippets Manager
Codiga also provides a code snippets manager for Windows, Mac OS and Linux. The code snippets manager connects to Codiga and allows you to search all snippets from the Codiga community or just your own private snippets.
Using Smart Code Snippets
Once you have found the Smart Code Snippet that you are looking for, it can be populated in your chosen environment using a few keyboard shortcuts.
Once commanded, Smart Code Snippets are inserted, and respect the IDE preferences always. Smart Code Snippets placeholders are being replaced at insertion time.
Smart Code Snippets: Visibility & Privacy
Note that Smart Code Snippets have differing visibility that is up to the discretion of the user who adds it. Smart Code Snippets can be shared publicly( with every user on the Codiga platform) privately( only you can see it) or with your team( shared with a specified group of people). It’s important to remember that no matter what visibility setting a Smart Code Snippet has, it is always kept private on the Codiga hub and will not be added to shared to any 3rd party platform.
